La Fête des Rois

Year 1 have been learning about La Fête des Rois. This is celebrated in France on January 5th. Families get together and eat a special cake called la galette. Inside la galette there is a special prize. Whoever finds the prize becomes king (le roi) or queen (la reine) for the day. Alfie and Laura were crowned king and queen.
