Our Year 6 Mental Health Ambassadors had a fantastic time at this year’s Wellfest event at Southborough High School, where they learned all about mental health and wellbeing. The event provided a wonderful opportunity for children to explore a range of activities and connect with representatives from various charities and organisations offering support for mental health. The children enjoyed interactive workshops, mindfulness exercises, and discussions on how to manage emotions and stress as well as how to look after their mental health and seek help when needed. A huge thank you to our children for engaging so positively with everything on offer. We’re proud of how they embraced the event and took the opportunity to learn more about such an important topic.
